Trailing by six goals with 17 minutes remaining, the Marist women's lacrosse team scored five straight to pull within one but could never get over the hump as they ended up falling to Colgate 19-18 at Tyler Field in Hamilton, N.Y. in an NCAA Play-In game. Marist Set For NCAA Play-In Against Colgate
On Saturday at noon, the Marist women's lacrosse team will face Colgate in an NCAA Play-In game with the winner advancing to the NCAA Tournament field of 16 next weekend. The Red Foxes (10-8) won the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference this past Sunday over top-seeded Fairfield in thrilling fashion. more
