Members Of Marist Softball Attend Katie Couric Show, Part Of ESPNís Nine For IX Series
NEW YORK – On Tuesday, July 9, members of the Marist softball team attended a taping of Katie, hosted by Katie Couric Show in the studio audience. The episode, which will air this upcoming Thursday, July 11, at 3 p.m. ET on ABC, focuses on ESPN’s new Nine for IX documentary series.
Guests on the show feature tennis star Venus Williams, newscaster and executive producer of Nine for IX Robin Roberts, sports journalist Hannah Storm and comic Whoopi Goldberg.

Nine for IX is a documentary series focused on captivating stories of women in sports told through the lens of female filmmakers. The series, from the producers of 30 for 30 and executive produced by Robin Roberts and Jane Rosenthal, premiered July 2 on ESPN and airs consecutive Tuesday evenings at 8 p.m. each week.
