POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - Freshman attack J.D. Recor (Lancaster, N.Y.) of the Marist men's lacrosse team is having a stellar rookie season in the Red Fox uniform. Recor currently leads Marist with 34 points on 10 goals and a team-high 24 assists. Recor ranks 9th nationally in assists per game with 2.18, best for second in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC). His 2.18 assists per game leads all freshmen in the nation by a substantial margin (2.18-to-1.1). Recor is also atop the point leaders’ chart, ranking fourth among all freshman nationally.

Sophomore Joseph Radin (Long Beach, N.Y.) and junior Colin Joka (Conshohocken, Pa.) round out the attack unit for Marist and have reaped the benefits of Recor's precision passing. Recor has assisted 14 of Joka's 25 goals this season and six of Radin’s.
