POUGHKEEPSIE – Game times have been set for the Marist football team’s six home games for the 2014 season.

The Red Foxes’ first two games this season at Tenney Stadium – against Patriot League foes Bucknell on Saturday, Sept. 6 and against Georgetown on Saturday, Sept, 13 – will both take place at 6 p.m.

Marist opens the home portion of its Pioneer Football League (PFL) schedule against San Diego on Saturday, Sept. 27. Kickoff for that contest, which will take place on Family Weekend, is set for 1 p.m.

Marist’s final three home games will all kick off at noon against PFL foes Dayton (Saturday, Oct. 11), Campbell (Saturday, Oct. 25) and Davidson (Saturday, Nov. 15). The contest against Dayton will take part on Alumni Weekend.

The Marist football team is entering its sixth year as a member of the PFL in 2014. In 2013, the Red Foxes won a share of the PFL championship for the first time. With an 8-3 overall record, Marist achieved its highest win total in its 36 years as a varsity program.
