POUGHKEEPSIE – Junior Alexandra McCahill (Holmdel, N.J.) of the Marist women’s track & field team won the 400-meter hurdles at the Matthew Vassar Twilight Meet on Friday at Vassar College. McCahill won in a time of 1:10.44.

Senior Nicole Scicolone (Carle Place, N.Y.) placed second in the long jump at 5.08 meters. Junior Alexia Santiago (Bellmore, N.Y.) set a personal best en route to a fourth-place finish in the 100 meters, and also placed eighth in the 200. Freshman Jaime Durso (Honolulu, Hawaii) set a personal best in the 1,500, and Catherine Ferreri (Hyde Park, N.Y.) was eighth in the 800 with a personal best.

Marist will be back in action on the MAAC Championships, which will take place Saturday-Sunday.
