Senior Emma O'Connor (Lynbrook, N.Y.) posted 18 points and seven rebounds. Senior Casey Dulin (Milford, Conn.) recorded 15 points, seven boards, and a team-high nine assists. Senior Leanne Ockenden (Syracuse, N.Y.) contributed 13 points and a game-high four steals. Sophomore Madeline Blais (Exeter, N.H.) and redshirt junior Tori Jarosz (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.) had 11 points apiece while Blais dished out five assists.

Rider won its last game 74-64 over Monmouth, improving to 9-8 in the MAAC, 13-13 overall. Senior MyNeshia McKenzie recorded her 41st career double-double with 23 points and 15 rebounds. Sophomore Mikal Johnson had 13 points and four assists.  Senior Shereen Lightbourne had seven points in 14 minutes off the bench.

This season, Rider is shooting 38.8 percent from the field, 33 percent from three-point range and 70 percent from the line. MyNeshia McKenzie leads the Broncs in scoring and rebounding, averaging 19.6 points and 11.2 rebounds.  McKenzie is also averaging 36.7 minutes per game.

Marist has won the last 21 meetings against Rider, dating back to Feb. 2003. Giorgis is 22-1 in his career against the Broncs. The Red Foxes lead the all-time series 36-13.  Head coach Lynn Milligan is in her 7th season with Rider.  Last season the team finished with 15 wins overall; the highest win total in the program since the 1994-95 season and the most under Milligan.  The 15 wins were the fifth most in the 74 year history of the program.  Rider currently stands 5th in the MAAC and has a .529 win percentage (13-13 overall record).

Following this matchup, the Red Foxes will continue to play on the road, facing Manhattan on Sunday Feb. 23.  Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. in Riverdale, N.Y.
