POUGHKEEPSIE -- The Marist men's basketball (7-14 overall, 4-7 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) will host Niagara (6-16, 3-8) on Saturday night at McCann Arena. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.

The contest is part of Marist Basketball Alumni Weekend, and will follow the Alumni Game at 2 p.m. The Niagara-Marist game will air on ESPN3.

Marist is coming a 75-73 triumph over Monmouth in its last outing on Thursday. Junior swingman Chavaughn Lewis led Marist in points (24), rebounds (seven), assists (four) and steals (three). Lewis' first-half dunk was named the #2 play of the day by Fox Sports Live. Four Red Foxes scored in double digits, and senior center Adam Kemp tied a season high with five blocked shots.

Niagara is coming off a 66-62 loss at Siena in its most recent outing on Thursday. The Purple Eagles' Antoine Mason is the nation's leading scorer, averaging 27.0 points per game.

Marist and Niagara previously met on Jan. 24, with the Purple Eagles earning an 80-74 victory.

Dean Darling (play-by-play) and Steve Eggink (color) will have the call on WKIP 1450 AM, the Red Fox Network and iHeartRadio beginning at 6:45.
