POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The Marist water polo team has started preparing for the upcoming spring by getting back into practices this week.

The Red Foxes have begun to condition themselves with two practices a day, as their season kicks off in two weeks.

Head Coach Natalie Benson and Assistant Coach Candice Phillippe look forward to this season’s competitive schedule, on both the East and the West coast.

“We kicked training off this week,” Benson said. “The girls have been working hard, and showing a good attitude. And through their efforts this week, they are showing their excitement for the start of the season.”

All of their preparation will show soon enough, as the Red Foxes will open their season at the Brown Invitational on Feb. 1-2.
