Last Time Out ... Dec. 4 at Army ...

After nine days off from their final game of the Old Spice Classic, Marist fell victim to a hot shooting Army team on the road by a score of 91-57.

Milestone Watch ...

Devin Price's hunt for 1,000 point sits at 995 coming into Friday night's game.

With five points, he'd become the 25th 1,000 point scorer in Red Fox history. The list expands to 28 when three transfers are included as players, who scored their 1,000 point in a Marist uniform.

Price will become the first Red Fox since Ryan Schneider reached the mark in 2009. (Of note, Schneider recorded his 1,000 points during stints Vermont and Marist).

Ryan Stilphen is the most recent "four-year" Red Fox to reach the mark in 2008.

Price will become Chuck Martin's first recruit to reach 1,000

Scouting Manhattan ...

In their last game, the Jaspers suffered a 67-55 setback to George Washington on Sunday at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. Manhattan only hit 33.9% of their shots from the field. The Jaspers' defense forced a season-high 23 turnovers.

Individually, Manhattan had four players, George Beamon, Michael Alvarado, Rhamel Brown and Emmy Andujar named to the Preseason All-MAAC team in November. Beamon leads the quartet in scoring with a 16.8 points per game average. Brown leads the Jaspers on the defensive end with team highs in rebounds (39) and blocks (9).
