2011-12:  Made an immediate impact as a freshman with the Red Foxes ... In his first-ever MAAC Championships, competed in three Championship Finals, the 100- and 200-yd backstrokes and the 400-yd IM ... Earned two fourth place finishes; in the IM with a time of 4:06.78 and the 200-yd backstroke at 1:52.04. Finished fifth in the 100-yd backstroke at 52.37 ... In relay action, participated on the fourth place finishing 200-yd medley team at 1:34.50 ...  At the ECAC Championships, raced in three Consolation Finals with a 10^th in the 200-yd backstroke, his best finish at 1:52.41. Completed the 400-yd IM with a time of 4:07.10, good for 11^th and the 100-yd backstroke in 52.50 for 13^th ... A member of the eighth place finishing 200-yd medley relay team, who timed in at 1:34.98.

Prior to Marist: Graduated from Northern Highlands Regional High School in Allendale. N.J ... A four year participant of his high school's varsity swimming team, he earned All-League honors every season, as well as All-County nods in his sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... During the 2009-2010 season he qualified for High School All-American status in the 100-yd. backstroke ... In club action, competed with the Wyckoff (N.J.) YMCA Sharks ... Since 2007, he has qualified for the YMCA Nationals in a minimum of three disciplines and lengths per year with backstroke, breaststroke and IM being most popular.
