2012: MAAC All-Academic Team ... Appeared in 27 games with 19 starts, both totals led the Red Foxes ... Also led the team with 11 wins, 11 complete games, two shutouts, three saves, 124 innings pitched, 85 strikeouts and a .273 opponents' batting average ... Ranked in the MAAC: 6th for her win total and 1st for save total ... Pitched a career-high 11 innings in 2-0 win at Rider on April 15. Scattered 10 hits over the 11 innings, while striking out five, allowing a runner to reached third base only once ... Her second complete game shutout was March 3 versus Cornell at the Patriot Classic in Fairfax, Va. She struck out eight and allowed just two hits in 6-0 win ... In seven-game span from April 4 (vs. Columbia) through April 26 (at Lafayette) pitched 27.2 innings, allowed just three earned runs and struck out 23 batters on her way to a perfect 5-0 record, two saves and a 0.76 ERA ... In conference-play went 6-3 with a 1.77 ERA in 59.1 innings pitched and a .220 oppenents' batting average ... A strong fielding pitcher, she had the fourth-most assisted putouts (58) on the team ... Tied with teammate Paige Lewis for the team lead and third-most wins in the conference with 15 ... Finished the year with a 15-10 record, 3.14 ERA and .267 opponents' batting average in 167 innings pitched ... Threw three complete game shutouts; April 9 versus Rider, April 20 versus La Salle and May 8 versus Fairfield ... Also had four complete game wins in which she did not allow an earned run ... Pitched a season-high nine innings in the Red Foxes extra inning 3-1 win at Canisius on April 30 ... Twice struck out nine batters; at College of Charleston on February 26 and at Princeton on March 27 ... Rattled off six consecutive wins from March 27 at Princeton to April 14 versus Hartford, increasing her overall record from 4-5 to 10-5 ... 2010: MAAC Rookie of the Week, May 10 ... Appeared in 18 games and started 16 as a freshman emerging as the top starter for the Red Foxes in the final weeks of the season. ... Threw Marist's lone shutout of the season, a 5-0 home win over Hartford on May 4. ... Earned her first collegiate save in the second game of the twinbill against the Hawks. ... Threw 34 innings over the final eight games of the season with an ERA of 1.85 and struck out 23 batters. ... She was named MAAC Rookie of the Week for her efforts. ... Totaled 63 strikeouts against just 26 walks on the year, a ratio of 2.42:1.
Prior To Marist: Osterhaus graduated with honors and as a member of the National Spanish Honor Society from Peachtree Ridge High School in Suwanee, Ga. She was a four-year varsity softball starter, where her team was region champion. They also reached the state semifinals with one state runner-up, and two fourth place finishes at the Georgia AAAAA state tournament. She was named the team's MVP, earned the player of the month award twice, and was named to the all-region and first team all-county. She has played with the Georgia Knockouts 18 Gold for five years.
