Tunde Agboke is in his second season on the Marist coaching staff, serving as defensive line coach. He is also the team's video coordinator.
Under Agboke's tutelage, all three of Marist's starting defensive linemen - end Terrence Fede, tackle David Toriola, and end James Desautels - were honored by the Pioneer Football League last season. Fede earned Second Team honors after leading the Red Foxes in sacks (8.5) and tackles for losses (16). Desautels and Toriola were both named Honorable Mention.
In 2010, Agboke coached at Shippensburg University, where he also served as defensive line coach. He coached two All-Conference linemen, while also assisting with the special teams units and supervising all the scout teams. In 2009, Agboke served as linebackers coach at William Paterson University. There, he had two All-Conference selections and was an assistant to the Special Teams Coordinator and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Agboke also has a considerable amount of camp experience, having worked the Sports International New York Giants & New York Jets Camp, the William Paterson 7-on-7 Camp, SJ Excel Camp and Football University Camp.
Agboke started his collegiate career at Kentucky, where he red-shirted before transferring to Southeast Missouri State. There, he was a three-year starter at linebacker and a two-year captain. He also stood out in the classroom, having earned Dean's List honors twice in addition to the 2005 Ohio Valley Conference Medal of Honor for maintaining at least a 3.25 grade-point average in season.
Agboke is a member of the Football Coaches Association.
