Later in the year, the team won the Varsity Four and finished second in the Varsity Eight and Novice Eight at the Williams Regatta. Also during 2008 at the New York State Collegiate Championships, the team won the Varsity Eight and Varsity Four grand finals. After the NYS Championships, the team competed in the ECAC Championships in which the Varsity Eight, Varsity Four, and Freshman Eight all finished in the top four in their respective races. The team then competed at the Intercollegiate Rowing Association National Championships where the Varsity Four group finished second.
